I wouldn't blame the driver in this case at all, I would blame the pit crew if anything. If you watch the vid again you will see a large amount of smoke coming from the front of the car near the rear of the motor. I'm guessing it oiled itself down, which caused the wreck.
So, if you were driving a car that fast and it puked oil all over the rear tires just after launch you would have done a been able to avoid the wall?

A few things. That wreck became unstoppable in less time than any person can react. By the looks of it, its also her car regardless. And last, shes definately not some fool who didnt know what she was doing. No track would let you just hop in a car like that one without a licence and thorough knowledge of how to drive one of that caliber. I think its an unfortunate wreck that should have been stopped before the car left in the first place. Someone just lost a great deal of money on a car that should not have been making that pass.
