A buddy just bought a Brand New F250 & threw the 'red hot savings' flier from his truck onto the dyno for fun.

Chassis dyno's are definately not cheap. LOL

We've actually had a dyno in the ground for a month. The first pic shows the 2 dynos.

First dyno had a bad bearing so they shipped out another brand new dyno. The new dyno is their first CNC'd roller. The first dyno was very nice, but the new one is nicer. [Smile]

LOL

The first car on the original dyno was my convertable Saleen, the first car on this dyno was that 600 HP, NA Firechicken that we built from the ground up. We had a few things to check out on the bird, so we figured we would check the calibration from one dyno to the other at the same time and they were dead on. [Big Grin]

Got to strap the D-max down for some more runs on the CNC cut dyno now. Try to build some more boost.

Brake boost it like Drew did with his 6.0. I think he started the pull at 1500RPM with 10+psi.

My 7.3 threw down 298/586RW starting the pull at 1500RPM without brake boosting. But I programmed it to not downshift & keep the converter locked....plus the 3.08's help build boost pretty fast.

Are all your dyno's down in the san jose, or do you now have one up in sac area?

they have a shop in cameron park with a dyno...juss had my car dyno tuned yesterdat on it...hit up shaun or drew and set up an appointment...brought the beast bak to life...

Yeah the dyno is nice. Went and strapped down the 96 to see what it made the other day as a matter of fact.

Sadly tho my Car made so much power they decided to retire those rollers. Sorry fellas [Razz]
