Ok so over the weekend, I had one of my spark plugs blow out..I was told this is very common on Fords..I just had my plugs replaced less then a month ago... so this really sucks.... Ok so heres my question What is a better fix a "Time-Sert" or a "Heli-Coil" and why? Please any info whould be great...thanks

the time sert its the same as a heli coil but solid it is very common i had two in the same head the second one just happend this weekend also. did it blow your coil out also? check cuz if so it will miss
