Hey guys,
Anybody from chico, quite a few of us are heading down this Friday from redding to check out whats on the streets down there. Maybe meet some new people and or see some people we have not seen in a while.

Can't miss us, 2 99+ s/c stangs with carbon fiber hoods and a black 65.

HOw are the Cops down there. We are getting hit hard for smog stuff. Chp received a grant to come out on friday and saturday nights to do random stops just for smog issues.
In which has stopped everything up here.

too bad i'm not in chico anymore, i want to play
dunno about now, but a couple years ago, the cops couldn't care less about us. you get pulled over, and as long as you aren't an asshole or endangering anybody, they let you go. just watch your burnouts along Esplanade. they kinda frown on those! but the local Dairy Queen and Big Al's are the spots, along with a gas station back parking lot on East.

We can't even drive are cars anywhere, pull us over for haveing a tach or cowl hood.
My wife got popped in her 350z for modified exhaust, just had a cat back on it.

are they making up for being lax for kool April nights? we were up there driving like idiots along with everyone else and nobody had any problems! that was about 6 years ago though, things might be different. but chico is def. more easy-going.
side note - i once raced a bike coming back from redding to chico down that "highway" that runs from red bluff to chico. now taht was a lot of fun, basically road racing for over 20 minutes flying down that road early on a sunday. good times when i was young and stupid
