I'm looking to upgrade my phone but according to the cingular website, i'm not eligible until January of next year.
is there anyway around that? i wanna get the new iphone but don't wanna pay retail for it. 399 with a two year contract sounds like something i'd be interested in.

my boy Daniel wasnt able to do it for me. im good next month to get mine and he couldnt do anything for me. you may just have to wait.

They sell you the phone cheaper to sign a contract so until you run the length of the contract they won't let you upgrade. Your better off trying to buy one off the internet and sell your existing phone.

If you want an iPhone im pretty sure they waive the eligibility requirement as long as you sign a two year contract

They won't do anything at the store. I know this because I work for Comcast, you must call their retention department and complain. Try to keep them on the phone for as long as possible, but don't be rude, just be annoying-it works!
If one person denies you, keep calling back till you get someone that will do it.
