I saw this on TV a while back. The dude that laid him out was on like a 2 day streak... the day before i believe he took a 1.75 litre bottle of like Gin or something to a gas station clerks head breaking the bottle and laying the lady out. Then robbing the reg. Heard he got like attempted murder, assualt with a deadly weapon with the intent of murder etc etc or some shit like that.
