Word from Steven (one of the business partners) was that Mike was trying to run APEX like running a computer company where he was buying large amounts of inventory to have in stock and the bills got too high. They made an agreement early on that if it wasn't profitable by X date they would shut it down. They were up to sign a new lease on their place, which the rent was pretty high and shut it down. They liquidated almost all the assests and Mike set out to start a new company with George the tuner and I believe Dave the mechanic.

CRAP I missed the closing sale? When is the next one? LOL
It must be tough though, with 4.50 super unleaded I have been leaving my mustang on the trickle charger in the garage. Oh well, losing houses, cars, businesses, its all the same. SUCKS!!! Thats why I ride a motorcycle now! Its fast, no super charger needed and wheelies are easy! [burnout]
