So I'm a big procrastinator and I waited til the end of the semester to do some school work... I've been doing this "homework" since 7 tonite and have been nonstop. Decided to take a quick drive in the SVO on 580 to gain some sanity again from finals and clear my head. Hardly anybody on the freeway except for me and this lowered 98 black cobra.. we had 2 quick runs going towards the San Leandro area... member on this site? Damn you've got a quick cobra

looked like either chrome saleens or chrome 03 cobras.. car was very nice from what i could see. lowered, tint all around, and pretty damn fast... oh well, he's/she's probably not a member here but fun runs nonetheless..

So far.. did a full 3 in single exhaust from the back of the turbo all the way to the tail pipe with a straight thru muffler, (Motion Dynamics down pipe, Stinger-Performance mid pipe and tail pipe, Magnaflow SS muffler) threw a Turbo Coupe intercooler on it, blew a head gasket with upping the boost through a manual boost controller. So upgraded to the stronger Felpro 1035 gasket. (head was fine, didn't need resurfacing and no harm done to the engine) Put on an Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator.. and finally, threw on an MGW shor-throw shifter because that stock SVO shifter was horrible! lol.. I have a front mount aluminum intercooler and aluminum radiator set to go on pretty soon..... I don't want to talk about what I had to go through before I was able to put on the the above mentioned goodies. Let's just say this damn SVO is a maintenance queen and really does have a mind of its own. I love it though!

edit: Oh yeah, my buddy Sean with the 10,000 mustangs pretty much gave me a set of 97 cobras and tires too! So the SVO is looking pretty cool.
