I can tell you one for sure. I travel the BAY BRIDGE from San Francisco To Oakland every morning. I hit the bridge around 3:30am. But CHP is at from Midnight-4am hidden on the on ramp of TREASURE ISLAND going east. They wait until everyone is coming out the bars (closing time) and sit there with their lights off and wait for speeders coming out the tunnel. They pull you over for speeding (which is normal). But will press you if you've been drinking. I see cars getting impounded and arrested all the time on the other side of the bridge (oakland side) becuase of this. I almost got caught speeding there too (while going to work), but a car was going faster than I and he pulled them over instead. WATCH OUT and don't drink and drive more importantly.

using the link you provided I browsed the areas I live.

I would thank those who enforce this one in particular:

Usually between 2 and 4pm when local high school and elementary schools get out. 25 zone when school gets out so they like to catch you then.

The ones for Castro Valley are correct.... [Cool]

But they are not "Speed Traps"

40802. (a) A "speed trap" is either of the following:
(1) A particular section of a highway measured as to distance and
with boundaries marked, designated, or otherwise determined in order
that the speed of a vehicle may be calculated by securing the time it
takes the vehicle to travel the known distance.
(2) A particular section of a highway with a prima facie speed
limit that is provided by this code or by local ordinance under
subparagraph (A) of paragraph (2) of subdivision (a) of Section
22352, or established under Section 22354, 22357, 22358, or 22358.3,
if that prima facie speed limit is not justified by an engineering
and traffic survey conducted within five years prior to the date of
the alleged violation, and enforcement of the speed limit involves
the use of radar or any other electronic device that measures the
speed of moving objects. This paragraph does not apply to a local
street, road, or school zone.
