People try and bag on BMW's but like you, love those cars. I'm selling my Cobra and getting either an M3 or an 850R Volvo. They can cost more to maintain but because I do all my own work and have had both types of cars so its not a big deal to me.

I love BMW's as well, but the wife and I opted for the Volvo C70. But that bmw is sick.

I actually sold my e36 m3 cuz maintenace
was getting to high.I didn't know this but bmw actually comes with 4 years or 50k miles waranty and service warranty.
offcourse where all familiar with the bunper to bumper but the service warranty is the shit.all maintenance needed is free.all you need is gas and tires the rest they replace.thats on a new bmw and certified preowned.they also
came out with 4 door m3 again.

Not a beemer but audi has some maint. to keep up on too but the cool part about having both domestic and GERMAN cars is you get to buy cool tools!!

I had an older bmw,...car was great.

Volvo I'd like to have is the S80 twin turbo charged.

the only bad thing is if I do get it wifey won't allow to keep all this cars so one has to go.and I would have to start all over again.but if I do get one all just probably throw some 19's on there and call it a day.

That 1 series is a bad ass little car! Light, handles, & a twin turbo 335i motor stuffed in there! imagine when the aftermarket hits it

I'll probably stick with a 5 series in auto too.I just want to relax in traffic.if this was the old days I would have jumped on it allready.I was looking for white vert but this took my mind of it.who knows I hope it passes.

A friend of mine has a 07 M5, by far one of the fastest top speed cars I've been in. Turn on the M switch, turn off the traction control, and get sideways at 80 mph. The BMW dealer refused to work on it, they said a trouble code was set at 174 mph.
