Been there for some days know. Has speed radar gun on Cherry street down by Auto Mall. Sits in an all black Scion with black steelies. Very incog. looking ride. All tinted windows I think it might have had ground effects too. There is about 1 speed limit sign on that whole road from Auto Mall almost down to Mowry so if you didn't already know its 45mph!!

look out guys i saw this guy in newark on ardenwood blvd. yes he is in black scion tinted window and it has body kit.
