NEW YORK (Jan. 22) - Heath Ledger was found dead Tuesday at a downtown Manhattan residence, and police said drugs may have been a factor. He was 28.

NYPD spokesman Paul Browne said Ledger had an appointment for a massage at the Manhattan apartment believed to be his home. The housekeeper who went to let him know the masseuse had arrived found him dead at 3:26 p.m.

yea i was just hearing and reading about it =(
i never saw Broke Back, but i have seen 10 things i hate about you, and a knights tale a few times. He was a great actor and its horrible to hear of his passing =(

WOW my mom was telling me some actor died and i thought she was telling me about some actor i read about dying last week so i told her i knew about it and it was some weird actor. I didn't know it was this guy.

Sucks. Sometimes people have problems and they feel that they have no way out. To bad he left his daughter. Do they actually rule it suicide yet?
