I'm trying to help out my friend and find a PS2 for him. He is a newly single father with 2 young kids on a very tight budget right now. He lives in an apartment and there isn't a lot for the kids to do when he has them..... its usually every weekend. It doesn't have to have much really, they have controllers and games, a working system would be great. I have some parts to trade or whatever, just trying to make the transition easier for the kids. Gamespot and EBGames has them used for like around 60-70 bucks as well.

i MAY have a ps1 laying around somewhere with hella games....FREE for him....but i havent seen it in months and it was burried so idk if its still here

There are ALWAYS PS2s with HELLA games on craigslist.

I bought mine (so my wife could play guitar hero) off of craigslist with like 20 games and two controllers and a remote for $40.

Works great.

I have a gamecube he can have,,,,but the games arent as easy/cheap or variety as PS2.

boy do i feel like i got ripped off there going for like 50 bucks now and id give you mine but i actually like playing it i could give up some games though possibly and my brothers games he left at our house he will never know

Actually I could shoot you some games on the free tip. My kids have dozens upon dozens of games. Rather give them to someone that will play them. Than trade em in at 3 bucks a whop then the guys turn around and sell them for 20 bucks , I may have a old xbox too (1st gen).

That would be awesome, thanks. I know his son loves racing games but is good at almost anything so he'll be happy. PM me your info so we can set up a time for me to come pick it up.
