There is no flush, drain + fill + reseal of rear cover. With synthetic fluid generally runs $130ish.

Clutch labor depends what you need. JohnB can do this work if you want to save a few bucks yet still have a proffesional, in regards to Mustangs, work on your vehicle.

I know benny(phat50) is real good at doing the clutches in the rearend, he did mine and about 5 other people that i know and the difference was night and day and there all still working perfect after about 3 to 4 years. [patriot]
