when it gets to court have him take a whiz quiz then file a rest. order.then he wont be able to see the kid or her without getting locked up.fuck it next time you see him driving around call the cops and make up some bullshit about an erratic driver if he carries a gun and has weed all the time w/no l's hell get screwed.

Restrainig Order (order of protection) for ur sis and her son The court will give it to her asap if she says she feels in danger.... That's what comes to mind..

Damn, reading that brought some stuff back for me. I had a somewhat similar situation back in 2000, my sons mom came and took him for the weekend like she always did, then never brought him back, she lived up in El Dorado. I called the Sac Sheriff's Dept, and they said I needed to call the El Dorado County Sheriffs Dept, I called them and they said I had to call Sac Sheriffs, back and forth, then they said "well theres no custody order so theres nothing we can do about it. She forged some paperwork giving her grandma legal guardianship and moved out of state. To this day I'm still dealing with it. You need to have her go talk to a "Family Law Facilitator" in your county's court house and get some legal barrier against him immediately. I wish I did but I had some trust in her and thought we could do things without the damn government involved but sometimes that stuff doesn't work out. Good luck to you.

Your sister is not very smart for having a kid with an idiot like that in the first place. So you should be more mad at her than him. Really nothing you can do. Easy situation to deal with legally, not an easy situation in reality. First off get a lawyer and fight for custody. You can't do shit right now both parents have a right to that child. Get custody first and make sure to do it with a good lawyer. Then the rest will follow. Your parents can't do shit right now either. Well they can help fund the legal fees and give moral and financial support but that's about it. As for you, if you beat him up you're going to make it worse for your sister in family court.

damn that sucks but let the legal system do whatever they can by handlin it yourself your gonna give him a better chance of keepin the kid he already put the childs life in danger and doesnt sound like he is a father or has the means to raise adn support a child your sister has your parents so thats good id talk to lawyers keep documents of the events in their relationships in letters/emails stuff to show hes crazy and unstable(helped when my bros gf tried to turn things on him he had all that to show she was a luni) good luck w everything and just be as supportive to your sister as you can and keep her from gettin pregno by another loser in the future

As far as the situation...its not going how Id like nor thought it would. Too long to explain. But papers are being drawn up and my Parents are dealing with most of the legal end. Thank you to all who've provided helpful insite/ideas, it has indeed helped my parents, which in turn im thankful for. -Joe

Heres my advice, don't ask a internet car website for help go get your sister a lawyer and ask for their advice. You'll get the information your looking for. Second, if you don't want to be labeled a racist don't use racist names to call people.
