you guys heard about that $500 fine if you get caught sagging showing your underwear...LMAO I dont think there going to get anybody since now a days they all wear LONG T's up to there fucking ankles!

They actually did that in New Orleans when I was in Highschool. But when construction and civil/city workers were gettin busted the ordinance mysteriously went away.
