Really looking to do something different than some OEM style rims, I really like Draglites but think the car would look better with bigger wheels, I am leaning towards these BBS Wheels now since I have found a good price on them.

I like the style your going for....Both you picked would look sick, I just dont like the universal bolt holes in the 1st, because they make me think about rice. CCW's & BBS's are the s**t though, but way too pricey. The 2nd ones you picked would look sick though. I know u said no oem style, but FR500's would look nice too. Im glad to see that some1s not scared to try sumthin different...Clean coupe btw!!!

hey man, good looking car. Although I do like both of the wheels you are looking at, I'm not sure they'd look great on a notch, but once again it would help to see a photochop.
Jason's got a point - the 10th cobras look awesome IMO, take a look at them too, plus they are very affordable.
btw jason, you got a new 1000? congrats man ,be safe

Keep the ideas coming, I actually found some affordable BBS rims, tough decisions, I had a hard time when I choose the 99's last time, they look OK, they just don't stand out like I want.

I found RK's for $600, those RX's are only $500 and 17's which is why I may get them so I can save some money on tires.

Anthracite FR500's would look good on the car.
STAY AWAY FROM BLACK RIMS, .02

if your budget allows it get some hre, iforged or drc 3piece wheels. if under 1k, i would personally go with either chrome 18x10/9 saleens or anthracite bullits. theyre common wheels but still look good.

I think it looks really clean the way it is, and doesn't need new wheels. IMO...spend your $$$ on mods.

I would suggest an SN95 4 wheel disc brake 5 lug swap before new rims.

I would never spend that kind of money for wheels.

Just bought them in chrome, got a great deal only $600 for all 4 brand new in chrome w/ lugs, center caps and valve stems, I guess BBS wheels weren't out of my price range. Can't wait to slap them on. I found them in silver on one website for $489 per wheel in the same size. ![[Eek!]](eek.gif)

Welcome to the club! The only thing I don't like about them is they hide the 13" brakes so you can't show them off
Posted by 91Trunkster (Member # 6598) on

I thought I would be the only one, but hey only 2 ain't so bad, how do they fit and what tire size are you running, I don't have 13" brakes so I like that they hide.

255/40-17 on all four corners. With the 26mm offset, I had to use 1/4 inch spacers and extended tip lug nuts, which makes me nervous but they haven't fallen off yet.
