That snake is harmless...At one point it was highly venomous, but they actually take the venom glands and teeth out...They do it in India and other countries as street side shows...Tourist think they're real venomous snakes and throw these idiots money thinking they're acutally brave....I actually feel more sorry for the snake in that video....

The parents will feel pretty dumb if the kid grows up thinking cobras are harmless, then tries to tangle with a real one...
