im happy for dude..to much hpye for cro cop..he a good fighter...but its a whole new type thing wit a cage and not training wit 1 i think..

i woudlnt say it was he biggest upset in history. believe it or not there were many that gave gonzaga a chance.
an upset would be more like Sokoudjou laying out lil nog in pride. the odds on that fight were insane.

Champions are champions not because they are undefeated but because they have lost and have learned to become better fighters because of their losses. Mirko will heal and he will fight again another day.

The two things that definately fucked Cro Cop I think personally are...first I think and many others underestimated Gonzaga and secondly Cro-Cop does not train inside of a cage. I think personally if Cro Cop is to be successful as he has been in the past he needs to start training in the environment in which he fights (cage). In a ring he was/is a very dominate fighter. When you remove a fighter from their element they become a different animal.

What type of injury and when did he talk about retiring? I thought he joined UFC because he wanted to fight not retire?

that kick wasnt lucky at all, and i do agree cro cop needs to train in a cage cause in pride he could have hung his head out the ropes and wouldnt have been hit with all those elbows, but i think cage or ring that kick landed clean so it wouldnt have mattered what he was fighting in.

its funny when ppl say that fighters win by luck. i can say it was lucky if the punch or kick was thrown without the intent of knocking dude out. now if he won by tripping over and head butting crocop, which resulted in knockout i would say that was luck. gonzaga just excuted a better game plan and controlled crocop even before the head kick knockout. cc got ktfo and will bounce back like any good fighter.

I dunno man, seemed to me like Randy didn't want anything to do w/ him. And its not like this guy is a nobody, Rogan and Randy both picked him to win, has to say something about the guy.

Randy wanted him to win so he wouldn't have to face cro cop. He even said i'd rather face Gonzala instead of cro cop just before the fight started.

i thought he said he would rather fight cro cop cause he does better against strikers, in either case it will be a good fight. any predictions for liddel rampage, i hope rampage wins but could go either way.
