Someone on the freeway cut me off today and I honked, maybe I shouldn't have honked, what do you all think. Did I over react?

California brake check is used for only extreme cases, this incident did not require one hence the HONK.

Was the honk long or short?

If the guy didn't have a license then the hong should be longer than usual..

If the guy HAD a licencse ,you should of honked longer and gave him the finger.
