just signed the lease papers about 15 minutes ago. its a nice 1 bedroom 920 sq. ft w/ 1.5 car attached garage and washer dryer hookups for $750 a month.

i'm juiced, can't wait to start movin in!

well actually the going rate out here for what i got is about 1100 and thats for a garage thats detached. i was at the right place at the right time. its a small 6-plex so its not ran by a huge corporation renting small apartments with next-to-nuthing amenities for ridicules amounts.

yeah thats about right. a couple of my friends/coworkers rent near hillsdale for around that price.

Congrats on the new place!

Wow, I can't believe some people pay almost 2g for a 1 bd. apartment. Makes me love living out in the central valley that much more. We pay high, and we are paying $1200/mo. for a 5 year old home, 3bd. 2 ba., 2 car garage, custom stone kitchen and entry way floors, fully landscaped yards, water softner, all new appliances, and a weekly gardener, and monthly pest control.
