Did everyone see the shootings in sac on the news? Well the pregnant girl that got shot in the back on Lawnwood drive is my lil sister , do u know how hard it is to toss ur lil sister in ur car and fly her to tha hospital and then right when I get there they thro me against my truck and cuff me and toss me in tha squad car for 2hrs while my sis is in surgery that's bullshit , all I gota say is those bitchs better hope they never get out of jail , and she better not lose her baby either , oh and I wonder who smashed the gunmans van into a pole [Wink] , sac is gettin out of hand everyone 12 and up has a gun out here these days

Jus had to vent real quick I have a lot of anger built up still.

Ya thanks guys , the doctors say she should be fine and the baby to but she still has to stay there for 4 or 5 days , it barely missed all kinds of shit in there and they said they left tha bullet in ther , it was like right by her left kidney I thought it hit it , and nah I didn't get in any trouble for speeding all tha cops were going the other way to tha wrecked van

Sacramento is getting crazy, we use to be out all night on the weekends out there but stopped hanging out now because of the gang shootings that been happening there. Especially in the Meadowview area after 2 Indian cats got killed for no reason, over the stupidest shit (wearing wrong colors). Now i always got my guards up everytime i enter Sacramento. Everyone is strapped out there.. Be careful guys

That's what I'm looking into right now , it was hard I almost went crazy my sister is cryin for me to stay wit her and the cops cuff me and toss me in tha car I was ready to go nuts and if he woulda yanked my arm 1 more time I woulda , and then they try to yell at me for not callin an ambulance I said no thanks I got her here in 3 minutes ambulances drive 40mph I drive 80 I'll take my chances

I jus saw it in tha sac bee , and tha dude that died came in right when my sis came out of surgery he was goin , the waiting room was packed with people from fights and shootings there was no elbow room , what happend to when I was growing up if u had a problem with someone u fight not drive by and shoot there family I still don't know why it could be we were jus standing outside at tha wrong time and they were jus looking for someone to shoot at but they picked the wrong house

Not to be the moral voice, but I think it is the generation that is this generations parents that are fuckin shit up more than the kids themselves. I grew up in the Gang-boom generation I like to call it. But I'll be damned if you see my kids out there dis-respecting, others, themselves and me as their parent. Parents need to gain control of their kids, nad beat that ass when they get out of line. My kids know all it will take is aphone call from the school to have me up there on their asses. not saying it is 100% the parents fault, but more and more I see parents slippin on their parenting.

I think we should make it easier for lawabidding citizens to be able to get a gun for selfdefense. Making laws to keep guns off the street only stop the lawabidding citizen not the criminal. Criminals don't care how they get their guns if they are going to go shoot someone. There should be stricter laws on people who are caught carrying a weapon without a permit. I think if criminals knew theres a bigger risk that whoever tehy are shooting at might bust out and shoot back and might be a better shot i think it would make them think twice about driving around shooting at random houses.
I am doing a research paper for my criminal justice class and i am comparing california gun controls laws on assult weapons compared to other states and why California has more criminal activity than these other states with these laws in place.

I was just talking to my friend who is Sac PD. And he said actually it is not so much gang members that have already been profiled and such. Its actually wanna-be thugs and weekend warriors causing alot of this shit. Kids who if you see them in the daytime and know him as a nice kid and on the weekend he is T-dogg. He also went on to say that some of the actual gang members are mad as well. Brings heat on them for shit that really dont have to do with them. Not saying gangs and shit dont do shit. Its just for the most part youngstas in general, too much TV and not enough parenting.

I think we should make it easier for lawabidding citizens to be able to get a gun for selfdefense.

As I've said before you can always PM me and I will advise you how to "build" an AR type rifle that is California compliant or you can build it anyway you want if you disregard certain little laws.

I think the point you were trying to make earlier on was obtaining a CCWP rather than just a "firearm" in general or did I misread your intention?

actually the CCWP is easy to get up here but i mean more than law abidding citizens shouldn't get arrested for shooting a robber in hte abck after they flee their house or if they are breaking into your house or car.

If you have family in either Yuba or Amador counties you can obtain one there easily.

1) Be obviously 21 and over with a clean criminal history (no felons)

2) Show proof of residency & CCWP training

3) Pay your CCWP fee


The key issue is even if you don't live with them just have your DL changed to their address so you can establish residency and then after a specific amount of time has elapsed you can obtain your CCWP as both of the above mentioned counties are "shall issue" counties.


Dana, you can legally shoot a suspect if he/she is threatening you or your family's life. Remember this statement....

"Officer/Deputy...he/she moved towards in a threatening fashion and I was in direct fear of my life and that of my family's lives."
(This is the main reason I have a Wilson Combat 870 loaded with either bean bag or OC rounds.) Then you can simply rifle butt the suspect when they are wobbling around and cuff them with nylon zip tie style cuffs so you'll have a nice little present waiting for the man to pick up the trash.

That or plant any type of possible weapon upon them after you shoot them. Trust me, I've had numerous LEO's tell me that over the years.
