Seems like it's hard to find a good realter when theres just so many people TRYING to be one.

i think smokinlx has been doing it for a while. in my opinion, the broker i've been working with for the past few months is pretty good... knows the market well and will work to get what you need (within reason). he's an acquaintance of mine.
