My friend's dad is getting it tomorrow. It's the new S331 Supercharged Saleen Truck. Pretty sweet. Anyways he thinks he can take the lightning hands down. Does anyone know what these are supposed to run? All I know is they are about 5,000lbs and they have 450hp/500tq. I hope I don't regret buying this lightning.

i went for a tour in saleen in august of this year and we seen one of those there next to the saleen focus prototype they are nice trucks and saleen def. has their shit together down there but for what a lighting cost and weighs he should have got a lightning. the extra money he would have saved could have went into upgrades!

They are both nice trucks. The Saleen, however, will seat more people. Can't get the Lightning with an extended cab.

1st gen Lighting FTW!!!

lol, its a great truck. But I'd take that Saleen over the later lightnings anyday (cost notwithstanding)

I saw one at the Saleen store in Irvine wasn't to impressed. IMHO looks better in the Pics
