Just wanted to share with my fellow CAford members.Well about a few months back i bought a new house with my fiance in yuba city. Its brand new 2 bed, 2 bath, 1 car garage, its about 1300 sft, picked it up for 250,000. Couple other pis are of my Pitbull (BLUE), My recent unfinished tattoo and a few house pics. congrats on the home...Owning a home opens up lots of other doors, best bank account you can have (aside from one tha is stacked with money). I am going on my 3rd home, its addicting like getting tatts

it seems to me that once you get closer to the bay area the houses are built upwards. away from the bay they are built more horizontal..

I can't tell either but I'll try my best.
P I M E A T E? It's true about the houses closer to the bay area. The land is so expensive these days that its hard to find a large lot that can hold a house with a large footprint. I am currently looking at homes in Union City on Lowry in a community called Talavera. Congrats on your home and hopefully everything works out for me.

The camera doesn't look like its taking very clear pics. Take some far away pics of like a tree or something.

I can't wait to buy a house and park my Fastback in the garage with my 95. Hopefully i'll have an RV thing to park the Jeep under or something.

The camera takes very good pics. The pictures that i posted were takin at 10 megapixels which are meant i think for like 8x10 photos but to post them on the site i had to resize them down the email size so thats why they probably look fuzzy. i just got the camera so i have lots to learn. Thanks.

Nice house. For your own protection against the thieving ass motherfuckers that troll our beloved forum.

PLEASE! White out your house number, license plates, and any street signs that happen to be in your picture.

You seem to have a purdy yellah 'Stang sitting in your driveway. Any of us here would hate to hear about it getting stolen.

Congrats on everything! [Whoo Whooooo!]

hey i looked at those houses. I passed on them due to the fact i dont like stairs. and the back yard wasnt big enough for my tastes. That area would make a perfect gated community.

Congrats on the house!!! HOME OWNER..

Looks good. I know I have been really looking at houses latly to buy. I will be probably buying in Roseville/Rocklin area. I have my Business in Yuba City though. What part of Yuba is that? I know you might not want to give out your address, but what is a major cross road to there? If you ever need some Flooring or counter tops let me know. I'll have to give ya the Caford discount. Congrats!

Congrats on the new digs!
Wife and I bought 2 1/2 years ago here in SF and recently purchased another for investment purposes.
Man, for the price I paid here in SF, I'd probably have a mansion in most other places!

I am at 240 Garden Hwy. It's Called Tile Outlet. There is usually a small Trailer with a 12ft. tall sign on it on the street. Mon-fri 9-5 and Sat 10-3 Closed Sunday. Yeah come by anytime man. I am always there! I would buy up in Yuba, but my Girl still goes to school at Sac state, and I don't want her driving on the two lane highways. Plus we have lived in Rocklin for the past year now and love the area. You are NEVER far from anything you really want, well except there are no tity bars in Rocklin, but other then that its good. If we have to we might. But anyways come by anyday man.
