Been through that shit before man

Your C/C company should realize they were fraudulant and take care of things.....just be sure to check your FICO score after a few months to be sure nothing stays on there!

it's not a credit card.. it's my banks Debit Card. as of this moment the card has been canceled.. and now i'm on hold yet again..
They already told me that i have to call again to notify them of the transactions that are pending once they go through since there is nothing they can do about them until they are processed.

Yea they are going to freeze your visa check card if they haven't already. They will credit back the fraudulant charges and issue you a new visa check card.

Just remember what your last use was and they should take care of everything.

Whether C/C or bank card(atm/visa)

They should all work the same....unless someone got a hold of your PIN#

Same happend here last year with a bank card through wash mutual, they had me fill out a form, reinbursed my money until further investigation, like if they found out it was actually me using it somehow they would then take the money out of the account.

The bank will place what's called a regulation E. You should get your money back eventually. You may have to file a police report. Then fill out a afadavit. In the end, as long as this isn't a common thing on your account. The bank will have the customers side on this.

i have b of a too... went thru the same thing... first what they will do is ask you questions to make sure you didnt do anything wrong then they will put you thru to the fraud dept and they ask you wat charges are wat then they will mail you an affidavit to sign and make sure that the charges on the affidavit are the ones you are disputing ... then in i think 7-10 business days they give you ur money back... only on my bank account the other day i noticed that they gave me the money back temporarily until they get the signed affidavit back.. but yea they will give u ur money back and all nsf fees if there are any.. and they will cancel ur card and send u a new one too...

I went thru that some peeps spent $1300 in one day with my ATM card in London.

It took one phone call and I got it back in 4 days. (Happened on Monday and had the $ back Friday afternoon).

Washington Mutual Fraud Dept FTW.

that was quicker than i expected!!
It shows as temporal reinburstment though..
Oh well.. gotto fill an affidavit now and i should be good to go.
