i thought they fall off after 3 years. i would double check that. AAA tried bringing up old tickets on my record (over the 3 year mark) to charge me more money a while back, and i told them to check the date on the tickets. they apologized and cleared them.

They said major traffic violations take 7 years... The crappy thing is i was never Drag racing... i basically got a ticket for peeling out

They take 7 years to come off, I got a speed contest ticket and 4 months later got a 115+ speeding ticket, they were both 2 points each and they took 7 years to come off.

7 YEARS FOR 2 POINT TICKETS IS TRUE, 4 TO GO FOR ME! COURT DIDNT HELP ME! SPENT ALL KINDS OF MONEY EXSPENSIVE GOOD LAWYER, PROVED BOTH COPS WRONG!!!(EACH HAD A DIFFERENT STORY YET THEY WERE IN THE SAME CAR) HAD AN EXPERT WITNESS WHO PROVED THAT MY CAR COULDN'T DO WHAT THEY SAID I DID!!!! AND STILL LOST. I HAD FEMALE JUDGE WHO NEVER LOOKED UP FROM HER DESK THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE IN COURT!! I WAS GUILTY THE SECOND I WALKED INTO COURT!
LONG STORY SHORT TWO CARS RACED ON SUNRISE AHEAD OF ME AND MY FRIEND. THE COPS HEARD THEM, BUT WE WERE THE ONLY CARS THEY SAW BECAUSE THE OTHERS WERE GONE!! WE WERE STOPPED IN TRAFFIC AT 9PM ON A FRIDAY NITE YET THEY SAID WE BURNED OUT AND HIT 100+ INFRONT OF CRISPY CREAM. F THE COPS
