I got a GT 5 speed hatch that runs great and drives cool recently smogged and registered. The interior is cleaner than most but body needs work.

Im am thinking of picking up a 90 GT 5 speed.
All black interior bone stock never beaten on and 1 previous owner. Body is straight and paint is clean.

All the mods on my car will be swapped over to the 90. Like ponys, rad, optima battery, cai, etc.i wanna keep my car but i want a straight clean one. My car needs body work and paint. Itll cost easily 2k for the work and paint.

if i picked up the 90 i could swap the stock parts off it to my 88 and then sell the 88 and make my money back. So if its the right price I will have a new fox.

So should i do it or wait for a differnt car to come up?

If you have too much stuff to swap over then it might be more of a PITA than it's worth. If it is a couple of bolt ons it might be worth it.

yea its mostly stock pieces that have lifetime warrantys like the starter, radiator, water pump. and battery. nothing major. Also all my stereo stuff will be swapped. it can be done in a few hours tops i think.
