So as I was leaving work today I realized I needed some gas for the little MR2. The cheap Chevron I usually go to had a line out onto the street. So I said screw it and went around the corner to this residential street cause I knew there used to be this Texaco gas station...that then was bought out by someone I don't remember who. So anyways, I pull into the station and notice everything is a teal color. There was just another car and I. I look up, whoa. VP Racing!!! So of course the first thing I look for is how much regular was and saw $3.09...ok, cheaper than Chevron and 76 (they were $3.15 today). So as I was pumping gas, I noticed..I was pumping 87octane..then the medium grade was 93octane...and then Premium was 100octane!!! had stickers over them saying "NEW". So anyways..came home and looked them up..and yep..they are starting to try and have them more available to the public that own performance vehicles in California

It's on the corner of Carpentier Street and West Juana Ave near downtown San Leandro.
So let's start using that gas station to keep them ALIVE!!!

I was too excited I forgot to look. I'll check it out again this week since I work like 2 blocks away from it. Shouldn't be too much since regular was way cheaper there compared to the other stations.

I went by there today and their pumps were dead... no gas for sale. [Frown] They said it would be back up tomorrow and working. The location is actually on the corner of HAYS and W JUANA AVE in San Leandro. [patriot]

I was there yesterday around 4pm and topped off with some 93 octane. 1 pump was down but the others were working.
