What is the difference between a 97 Cobra to a 98 Cobra?

I think the only difference is the rims, 98's came with the thinner 5spoke cobra's, correct?

I "heard" that the 98's had a little more power than the 96-97's, but its probably wrong. If I had to choose between the two, I'd go for the 98 cobra because it does sound better when saying it out loud [Big Grin]

Stiffer fire wall, no strut tower brace, no dash clock, and more agressively tuned EEC, obviously the specific 98 wheels....

Some other stuff, but I can't remember....

The 97 Cobra is the only SN-95 to come with a honey-comb grill behind the running horse. Weird, I know.

98's have plastic IMRC plates, 96-97's have aluminum.
