Look what I found it's the most recent crime comparsion I could find

The percent is higher for Oakland but the actual crimes are more in San fransico.

what do you expect in da hood? but hey.. lets uses the police force to track down people with racing stickers.. haha.

ticketing us is much easier then patroling gang infested areas.. also dont make no money that way

Right... The only police officers that care about VC violations that much are CHP officers because that's all they do. Municipal cops would rather be in the shitbag neighborhoods arresting criminals, not pulling over teenagers with modified exhaust.
