This is the info I got off it today. Wanted to see if someone could verify. What is a FMX auto tranny? I am not to familar with older cars. Is this a good one?

Thats exactly what I said! I think he needs to do a restomod build up on it. That car would look sick dropped on chrome 18" bullets. [patriot]

im pretty sure mine has 625 springs in it all the way around and its sitttin on some old ass magnum 500s but the ride hieght looks sick as hell HOORAY for 69 fastbacks [worship] [worship]

ahhhh... pics???? I love 69 mustangs, only year mustangs came with dual headlights. I wish i didnt let go of mine.. but yah, FMX are junks, there's no performance parts for it, etc..

fmx ain't the best tranny but it ain't the worst i got it in one my grande and it has lasted forever and never has problems. But instead of going with the c4 i personally recommend the c6 it is a way stroger tranny. I have that in my mach and im running close to 500 hp on it without a rebuild. And the c6 lets you get to a higher speed before shifting. So yeah i would get rid of the fmx and get a c6 if you want it to hold power but if it is going to be all stock migh as well keep it the fmx it can't hurt
