It's just common sense to not advertise that you're selling shit you know and everyone else knows is illegal on a public board where plenty of members are law enforcement officers. They aren't LOOKING for people selling illegal fireworks, it's right up here on the first page of General Talk on the board! What's to stop an officer from contacting him, meeting up with him, buying the fireworks, then promptly throwing his ass in jail/prison? That's right, absolutely nothing.

If he wants to risk gettin his ass caught by cops, more power to em. Same with all the rest of you dumbasses stickin up for him [patriot]

I agree. Nobody is comparing selling illegal fireworks to molesting children. That's ridiculous. We're just stating that dude is not smart coming on a public forum with law enforcement officers as members selling illegal stuff. Not hard to track him down as a simple search netted his phone number, home city, and a few adds he has posted on craigslist involving other items.

pretty much. seeing as how receiving stolen property is a crime in itself. i may be interested in those fireworks, but i sure as hell ain't gonna buy em in the state or from him

funny as this may sound i didnt know fireworks were illegal to sell.like i said before its one thing to give advice but its another to say stupid comments.i do know someone whos selling fire works and i was just tryn to past the info.i actually thought you could pop fireworks in Sac but maybe not-drop some advice yeah but i dont wanna hear retarded comments.i know police officers too.i know of the some on this board,if i had any clue i would have been discret or just not said anything at all...
