i'm interested in getting a new engine for my '98 and was wondering who are some good builders in the east or south bay, preferably in or around fremont? my goals are pretty modest, but i would still want a quality job nonetheless. plus i'd like to stay local so i can be there during the build when needed and if problems after do arise, i'm not too far away.
