Working out and being on Steroids have been more popular than ever so I'm just curious how many of you cycle with workout? What are your goals for cycling? How much improvement have you seen being on a cycle? What do you notice when you go on and off cycles? Do you lose mass and strengh going off cycle or just one or the other?

The previous topic posted by CUMMINS titled "HOW MUCH CAN YOU BENCH PRESS" show alot of pretty strong lifters so I just want to know how many of those people are on steroids. I myself cycled in the past and the strengh gains and mass where pretty amazing. Anyways, just want to know your guys input on this topic.

I think Steroid use is only for people wanting to be professional bodybuilders who compete. Theres no other way to compete if your not on gear.
Other than that i think gear is for people who just want to cheat and get big quick and don't care about the side effects or anything like that.
I'll never do roids, i'll stay with my supplements i have good genetics so i will get to the size i want with time.

I know a lot of guys on juice, I've never tried it. I was always too scared. A lot of them I can keep up with weightwise, but if they have been doing it for a while and hitting it hard, they ultimately pull away from me strengthwise. I used to work out with a gut that took roids. He died from them and only weighed about 100 lbs when he passed away. He was 220 when i worked out with him.
To me it's just not worth it, but I can see where a lot of the younger guys are taking them, especially when they see others making gains.

Like Cobra said all in all not a good idea. I know you didnt ask for this kind of input. But I am not totally sure many will step up and be like "Hey I use steroids".

Right now I am doing thermo-gain and creatine, with some multi-vitamins and a little better diet and I am seeing massive gains in strength.

i know people that have taken them. the main problem i think people have is they have a shitty work out routine and a shitty diet...but steroids are giving them good gains. if your diet is great, your routine in the gym is great...sure take them and speed up your results. its your body

ive done a cycle of 1AD (and i will probably do another one since i have 2 more bottles) when im done cutting (2 more months). i didnt get any sides other then getting stronger. 1AD is NOWHERE NEAR as potent as lets say deca or dbol though

right now im just getting rid if this fat ive had my entire life. im down like 35 lbs give or take a few...i love it!

Yeah, I kinda figure alot may not reply if they are cycling but I thought it was worth a try.

If your hair stars thinning and falling out you know what to blame. [Eek!] My buddy did that stuff years ago and now he is pretty much bald.

i only did 1 6 week cycle. then ill do another 6 weeks and be done forever.
