If you complain about gas prices now then I wouldn't wish for an '03 Cobra
I don't care how much it costs to fill up my Cobra. Gas is just one of those things I consider a necessity so no matter what the price I will stay pay it. I have to get to work. Nothing I can do about the prices so complaining won't help either. Yeah I do think it's crazy, but hey, I didn't buy the Cobra for good gas mileage! I have thought about a bike or a second car not so much for gas mileage, but to keep the miles down on my Cobra. The prices may get even worse, but eventually it will HAVE to get better. Until then, work some overtime, get a second job, or don't go out as much.

18*3 = $54
gas is more than $3 though
how much does it cost me to fill up?
not enough to care, yet.

I remember filling up when premium was around $3.15 gallon, now it's $3.35 where I go. I'm still sitting on over half a tank so it will hit the pocket hard again.

Well over 100 bucks in my super duty, the tank is 38 gallons. I dont really pay attention anymore, its not worth getting upset. I am looking into home brew bio diesel though. I hear it can be made for under 1.00 a gallon.

Last time i filled up the Jeep and Mustang they were both under 40 bucks.
I have to fill them up about every 2-3 weeks.

it's almost a better deal to buy 100 octane compared to 91. 91 is about 3.50 something.. 100 is 4 bucks...
i use 5 gallons weekely. so.. enough to get me to the track and back.

I have been looking into that Bio Diesel as well. I have an Extra Cab Short bed so I have the 28 Gallon tank and When I fill up abouit 26 gallons it was like 90 Bucks the other day.
Let me know when you do that I would like to actually talk to person that has done it to there truck. I saw it on the Show Trucks one morning but didn't catch all of the show. They made it sound damn easy to do.

I agree that it is only about 5 to 10 buck's difference depending on Your tank size and that does'nt bother Me. The thing that bother's Me is that gas prices effect almost everything We use in our daily life so the gas pump is not where We are going to feel the impact it will be hitting us from every direction just about everytime You pull Your wallet out for anything it will cost You more. The rich are getting richer which is what alway's happen's one way or another.

Excellent point which I didn't think about. Everything we buy that is truck driven to stores (which is about everything) could possibly have a price increase since transportation costs have gone up.
