I've been trying to get a hold of him since yesterday, but he hasn't answered his e-mail/PM or phone. Does he still do gear installs and such?

He is REAL good at NOT answering. Just keep calling him if you want to deal with him.

hes always busy in the day, try giving him a call around night. hes always answers around that time [patriot]
