but this has already been tried in the U.S. in the 50's and Europe with little effect. The perps continued to sexually assult women but turned to broom poles, cans or whatever object they could find to violate the women. Psychologist were brought in but im unsure of their findings. I belive pink jumpsuits and life in prison in the Gen pop so they can get broom poles shoved up their asses and down ther throats by their fellow inmates while getting beaten is the only real solution to this problem.

Those are easy ones, i say Put them in a 6 x 6 cell, we call it *HOLE* no lights, NAKED, 1/4inch of a hole that brings in air from the outside..No mirrors, just the brick wall and an the offender....Put them there for LIFE
