So i have been working for this company which i am not allowed to say who but anyways. I have not been paid in two weeks and they keep calling me to do work. Oh i also get paid on a weekly bases. What do you guys think i should do i have already tried contacting my managers and they have not responded. I am owed close to including this week which would be the third week about $600 some odd dollars.

I would say after 2 weeks of no pay and no explanation I would not do any more work. Is the company in trouble and getting ready to fold? If thats the case you will never see the money. Is there a office you can go in to in the morning and not leave till you get a answer?

I would start by contacting your manager's manager. Next contact Human Resources and find out what is going on. I wouldn't do any more work until they pay you what they owe.

You should also send your managers, your manager's mangager, and HR either a certified letter and/or e-mail "politely" explaining to them that they owe you money and you would like to be paid before doing anymore work. This way there are records of the conversation.

If they are "refusing" to pay you for work you have done then it is time to start looking for a lawyer.
