Sorry if you are offended if this was you or someone you knew this did this. We need to do a better job in this country keeping children out of harms way. If this means jail time and ass kickings, I'm all for it. Everyone is entitled to make a mistake once and a while but not at the expense of anyone else's life.

It's like that in WA, where I come from... If one person in the car has drugs, the driver can get charged too, even if he wasnt carrying.

Not sure I agree with the driver being responsible for the passengers if they are carrying drugs. What is person supposed to do, search every passenger before they enter the car? If someone in your car isn't wearing a seat belt it's pretty obvious and you should tell them to buckle up, kids and adults both.

THE DRIVER BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS NEED TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS A SEAT BELT ON AND THE PARENT BECAUSE THAT'S YOUR CHILD....BUT S**T WHAT'S UP WITH ALL THESE PARENT'S NOT HAVING THERE CHILD IN A CAR SEAT OR SEAT BELT..
