Well I was going through some old pics and wanted to share with you guys some of the changes my car has been through over the last 9 years that I've owned it! Show 'em if you've got 'em!

Oh and sorry for the glare/quality on a few of them - I had to take digi pics of the photograph! LOL!

Here's the first pic taken way back in May '97

 -

 -

Facelift #1 - Removed red molding trim, 17 x 8.5 ROH ZR6's, tinted windows.

 -

The aftermath of rubbin' bumpers with a '97 Accord.

 -

Facelift #2 - Cervini's Stormin' Norman FB hood w/functional ram air, Saleen front end conversion/side skirts/wing.

 -

 -

Facelift #3 - Cobra R Hood, Cobra grill insert after I converted BACK to GT bumper cover, Cobra rear bumper cover, Staggered 18 x 8/18 x 9 ROH Drift R wheels, Eibach sportline springs.

 -

As it sits currently - sold the wheels to a guy on the board over the summer.

 -

then after adding a Cobra R hood, BOSS wing, BOSS chin spoiler, blackouts, and "232" emblems... -

then after adding the black FR500 rims, side exhaust and skirts, Boss hood decal, and saleen tail light bezels, and fresh tint all the way around...
 -

finally after strippig most of it off to sell it. Sold it with the hood, side exhaust, and spray painted 96 GT rims...
 -

Here is my new baby...purchased as seen here...
 -

One week later with some new wheels...

Just bolt on's for now - Cobra Intake, E-303, GT-40p's, 1.6 rollers, 3.73's - haven't taken it down the 1/4 mile - it's a daily driver and almost at 200,000 on the chasis. The entire drivetrain has been replaced over the years so not much of the original car is left except for the interior.

The 87 had Bridgestone Potenza RE71's
They have been discontinued for many years but the RE730's look badass too...

front: 225-50-zr16
rear: 245-50-zr16

those re71's were sexy tires!

Fun topic guys.

Well here is my '97 2 weeks after I got in in 2001.

 -

A few months later at the back entry way to a winery. Great photo spot, but was chased off property by guys with shotguns. Not a recommended spot for pictures.

 -

After first wave of body work. Eye Candy Shot

 -

Pic at Cafords show, great pic that shows color change.

 -

After Flames and another wave of stuff.

yea aesthetically, the car is tits...well except for some minor detailing. Right now Im trying to decide what I want to do about teh motor. Its pretty tired, so Im deciding on what route to go. Dont plan on making it a race/drag car, just something with enough power to have some fun with on the streets. Thinking of going N/A, but superchargers are so tempting...we'll see where my money takes me though [Big Grin]

thisis how i got off of matt, i have been doing a little cleaning and maintence ever since. I am trying to get some more recent pics of it.

But so far i have changed the chrome mirrors to black ones, added 87-up LX lenes, put 16" Riken mesh wheels on it, i have aquired almost all the pieces for a true-dual exhaust swap. And I am gonna be picking up some lowering springs for it in the next couple of days. [Whoo Whooooo!] so hopefully in about a couple of weeks it'll be allot nicer! future plans are for 1.7 roller rockers, 86 Front nose and a shift kit! be on the look out for my future thread! It's pretty cool owning a 5.0! [Cool]

Thanks man. Shitty thing is I daily drive it now so it doesn't stay quite so clean anymore. Especially since my wheels aren't clear coated or painted they're a PITA to get clean. Like I said I've got some plans for the car, but I don't know how long term or short term that they are yet. Lots of nice cars in this thread, I love the two-tone fox body, and as always John's GT is super clean.

here is my 87 notch, bought it in dec 04 from uh0h5o ,my mom was somewhat against buying it becuase she thought i was to young to own a car. to buy it i went and got a job at albertsons and worked my ass off and paid it off in oct 05,

 -

here is how it sits now, i got in a accident in feb 05 and messed up the hood and front bumper, then a few months ago my hood flew up on my 2 blocks from mmy house and it messed up the cowl area and roof.
