this is such fucked up profiling it's not even funny.
i don't care if it's a riced out import or not, i've seen plenty of dumbasses in mustangs do stupid shit on the street aswell.
it's bullshit if you are driving the speed limit in a responsible manner yet you still get pulled over for your exhaust. a cat back exhaust is 100% legal if it passes the certified sound level check. the problem is when you go to the state ref (keep in mind you can only go if you've been given the ticket) the ref only gives you a sticker to put on the back of the ticket. you don't get certificate to prove it's legal next time you get pulled over. so you keep getting pulled over for your LEGAL exhaust. it's a fucked up cycle
it makes car enthusiasts feel like criminals just because they enjoy moddifying their cars, even if it's 100 legal. you shouldnt have to be pulled over when you are not breaking the law.

look guys here is the truth:

NO matter what they do, we will still drive modified cars and people will still STREETRACE. they toughen the SMOG laws, we just pay more to get illegal smogs done. ...........

As far as modified cars go, Look take your H or x pipes off, weld some dummy cats on them, disconnect your NOS bottles (its leagal to have nos in your car but it has to be disconnected) and just be polite to the cop that pulls you over.

ill be the guy that gets arrested for saying

I got pulled over 3 weeks ago for "Modified emissions" The cop used the exact word tracking from that video.
Cop= "I pulled you over becasue you have no front plate and tinted windows."
Me "Ok'
Cop= i also noticed you have a moddifed muffler.
Me=" yeah its a flowmaster it came with the car
cop=" Well if you have that you probally have modified intake too.....go ahead and pop your hood."

He than told me he knows everything about my car, and I cant get anything by him. He wrote me up for nitrous lines and asked to see my bottle. I told him I put it behind my seat. The cop said "You dont secure it?" I said "I put it in a seat belt." He asked "Why dont you secure it?" I told him "if I secure it I will wanna use it more' He believed me and let me go. He missed the huge 3" dual cut outs and everything under my hood.

i just watched this vid, thats a bunch of shit! thats why we need the people of SEMA to back us up! It's funny he made no mention of the other "State codes" in any of the modifications he pointed out! You'd think someone would make aftermarkets parts that looked stock! But then again that would defeat the purpose of that purple fuel pressure regualtor!

i want to know where in the CVC does it say you can arrest someone for not complying? (like the pig says i nthe video) i've been looking through the CVC for awhile now and i havent found it, maybe im not looking in the right part but it seems unconstitutional for a 100% legal exhaust to be probable cause to inspect under someones hood!!

you see it's stuff like that that the police prey upon for the ignorance of people! thats why we need to be up on our stuff,so we cannot get taken advantage of! its bad enough we gotta deal with bad reps,profiling and attitudes of the enforcement,then to see a joke of a video like this to further fuel the mentallity!
