i work for APEX and live in san mateo, i now that APEX has the cheapest nx refill around the area, so im willing to take ppls bottle to be refilled at APEX at no extra charge, just give them to me, and ill take them to get them filled, then you can pick them from me in san mateo. every tuesday i'd at subway at the laurewood plaza http://www.laurelwoodcenter.com/centerdirectory.htm
