I just got a letter in the mail! They want to interview me at the end of the month! I've heard maybe 1000+ will apply to 1 Unit but only 100 or so will be selected for an interview! [Eek!]

Good luck to you all! I need help choosin' here. I just got a interview with Jet Blue doing ground work, or work in some office in San Ramon doing PC tech support. Or I can just call back some staffing agency in Dublin that wants me. Any recomends? I am in San Lorenzo/San Leandro and the Jet Blue job would really be nice, since its in Oakland, and very little commute. Just down Doolittle. [Smile]

Help would be cool.

Thanks Rick [Smile] I know a Battelion Chief for this unit and i met last week a Captain for the Station i wanna work at and i know a couple of just regular firefighters as well. I am gonna go to talk to the Captain sometime next week cause hes also one of the Captains on the board for hiring too [Wink]

What staiton do you want to work for? I was at station 44 my last 6 months I was up there.

This is only one unit, its the yuba-nevada-placer unit so i would only go to one of those areas.
