ok everytime i try to watch a video online, the sound would come on but the video stands still, but once i either mover the screnn up and down or scroll up and down, the video goes fordward while i do that?

http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/mirror.htm install the standard or full k-lite codec pack and see if it fixes your problems. Close all web pages before installing and reboot after installing.
