Yesterday we finally finished putting together my dads lift! We would like to run air hoses along the walls so we haven't done that yet and we still need to put lighting up above the lift but its pretty sik.

Not a big fan of drive up ones as they don't allow for suspension or rear end work.

But still nice.

The lift came with a sliding plate that you can position right under the car anywhere you want and then just use a bottle jack [Smile]

My dad didn't like the other kind cause they smash up your undercarriage everytime you use it.

Its wide enough for a H1 Hummer. [Wink]

Nothing really set up for anything cool next. Just going to rearrange the garage, setup the air lines in all the garage bays and just mess around with our cars [patriot]

hey dana, just something to keep in mind, on both of the drive ons, I had pat weld extensions on them, so the ramps are not 8" wider on each side, so I can put anything on them, including the boat, the boat was too wide for them without the extensions

Pat did this, and just so you know, you arent out of luck with a welder, pat is moving up to your area, in a small towm just outside of grass valley, he should be up there beginning of summer, if u ever need his new number let me know and I can get it for you [patriot]

Wow thats tight! He mentioned moving up here someday.

I don't think we'll need to do anything to the lift, its the longest Benpax's makes 20 feet long and i am not sure on the width but it can take an H1 Hummer anyway the Jeep fit fine on it with his wide tires so i think we'll be ok but thanks for the info!

I didn't get a chance to upload pics of the 68 on the lift today or all the crap i pulled off of it. Almost every bolt for the exhuast broke and i pulled the driveshaft. I'll take the tranny out tomorrow. [Big Grin]

I took the exhuast and driveshaft out. All the bolts for the exhuast broke in half trying to get them out. I am going to drop the tranny tomorrow [patriot]
