has anyone tried these tires or heard anything about them?i saw them yesterday and they seemed like a pretty soft tire.

It's a road race tire. Its the Spec tire for the American Iron class, as well as many others. Great for corners.

I had them on my rims and they grip preety damn good.

But, I could be wrong. All the ads I've seen for the RA-1 have Falken's D1 spec 05 GT sporting it. Soo... [Confused]

Falken has there own tire they use. Not the TOYO RA1.

I love my RA-1's there 305 measures out to be the same as a BFG 315, I run 22 PSI, like Jon said when there hot they stick good on the street. There compound ratting is 100.

But when you wanna get silly side wayzzzzz there good fro that also [Big Grin]

I had 305-35-18 rears and 275-35-18 fronts on an 04 Cobra. The fronts lasted about 2,000 miles combination street and track driving, the rears got about 5,000. That's what happens when you have a nose heavy car.
An awesome street tire if you can deal with the short life.
