So my neighbor a few doors down has been looking for a car since his brand new GTO was stolen. So of course I put my .02 in...."YOU NEED A 03-04 COBRA". He's looked at a few and went over the specs/mods a few had.
He rolls by today in a Silver 03...ya, the Vortech test car for their SC kit. [Cool] The car has mods like there is no tomorrow, full suspension, the works. Definitely cool!!
I'm trying to convince him to pick up a set of DR's and head to the track. [burnout]

I dont think he's on here, but there's a guy (dave) in fremont that has a 03 cobra that just dyno'd at 620 rwhp... he's a cool guy too

Did he buy it from some on So Cal? I remember someone on mustangworld.com mentioning they or a friend sold a vortech 03 Cobra.

That car has some serious potential in it, but he needs to get rid of that vortech after cooler that is corking the setup. Vortech had problems getting some good numbers out of that car about a year or two ago because they are running a 1400 cfm blower into a 1000 cfm after cooler. Congrats on the car non the less.
