I stay in a 2bedroom apartment, in citrus heights.The rent would be slipt in half which is $420.00 a piece plus food and utilitys. Or would rent a room from some one, doesnt have to big or nothing let me know what u have.

A shot in the dark but I have a house for sale... not sure if your interested in buying a nice first starter home.
2bd, 1bath, 900sqft. Single car garage, very effiecient home and about 90% remodeled. On a 16,000sqft corner lot.. thats over a 1/3 acre.

Sorry bro im going out on my own for now and need something like a room for rent for around the $400-600 range and utilitys not alot of hours because of buisness being slow at work. Or someone to rent a room with me at my apartment, me and my girl have a year lease until next august, but if i find a room she will keep the apt.
