Finally the Ponies can all live together under one roof. With all these stolen stangs, I can finally have all mine indoors at once. Here is my new 6 car garage, plus behind that I have another 2 car garage. The wife asked "where am I going to park" I told her she gets the house. The previous owner had 4 stangs parked in there. (2) GT500s A 70 fastback 302 car and a 68 California Special. I offered to store them for him I'm cleaning it up right now and painting it. I think I'm going to epoxy the floor. Anyone done that or have any comments or suggestions about the floor?

im thinking towards the back wall, where there are no rafters coming down, might be able to sqeeze a custom one just tall enough to get a mustang in the air
nice garage glen

We are going to epoxy the floor in our garage. It shouldn't be that hard you just need to super clean the cement so the paint will stick. You have to buy some cleaning solution that gets rid of oil marks and such.
Whats the dimentions of your garage?
Ours is 30x60 and has a bay for a car lift in the middle.

Nope, the people who lived there before were shorter, so I guess they didn't mind. The wheels are already turning, I want to rip off the roof and truss it with a vault in the ceiling. That and a lift will make this the ultimate!

I think that is everyones dream here. Nobody likes to have to tear their car apart, but if you are set up it sure makes it nice. That's why my Fox isn't finished yet, once it went out of my garage, It became a pain to work on.
We found this place and I was like hell ya 8 car garages And my wife wanted a pool. The gods are smilin down on me My neighbors are going to hate me

NOPE!
Goodbye Concord, Hello Lafayette
I'm going from a 5000 sq ft lot to a 36000 sq ft lot
No more crammed in tight.
Old House
New House and it goes back deep in the trees.

Come on man, cough it up! How much did it set you back? In the bay area, you're not paying for the house, you're paying for the land it's sitting on! 36,000 sq ft = $$$$$$! Up here in Sonoma County a 1 acre lot without a dwelling gets $1 million.
Looks like an awesome place! If you ever sell it you're gonna make a fortune! The trend nowadays is high-density housing - stuff as many homes as you can on the smallest possible lot! Big lots are quickly becoming a thing of the past, so whatever you paid for it, you scored!!

Ya, I know what you mean. I have been looking at property all over, it isn't cheap and if there is a large lot, usually it has funky elevations or something. Well I never thought I ever would pay a million bucks for a house.

I was thinking the same thing, but if I hadn't bought the 5500 sq ft lot house 1st, I wouldn't have gotten this new place. The old place just appraised 265k higher than I paid 1.5 years ago. Just buy something and keep moving up. I try not to blow too much money on my cars so I can upgrade like this. Once I get settled, the Stangs are getting some goodies. It has been tough, right now I have 3 trucks 3 cars and 2 bikes at my current house, plus I have a 4500 square foot storage for all my other stuff(or Crap as my wife calls it). BTW when it comes time to clean it out I will be having a free for all, so lookout for the post.

I said my cars! I blow plenty of money on buying cars, just not on my cars once I have them I need to kick it up a gear, a few more guys stepping it up like RikSixCobra and I will be clean off the NorCal 50 Fastest Fords list
Plus , My girls already have their cars picked out, that will be 2 more drivers. My youngest told me the other day that she wants the Cobra and she'll take my truck too. The oldest then said she'll just take the Expedition.
